France remains silent from 2009 to the current date of 2018.
CANADA and the RCMP and the Politicians in Canada has persecuted me since 1984.
I did not break any laws and nor did I do anything wrong BUT I was in the wrong Place at the Wrong time when I witnessed 3 Members of the RCMP - Royal Canadian Mounted Police executing an innocent man on Foreign Soil. These MURDERERS from the RCMP were stationed at a Canadian Embassy in Venezuela and they murdered an innocent man.
Unfortunately, I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and I took photos of the execution. I took off in my red jeep and the RCMP totally riddled my Jeep with bullets. I was extremely lucky to be alive. Immediately afterwards, the RCMP from the Canadian Embassy murdered all of my friends and then they illegally hunted me down like prey wanting to murder me.
On December 24, 1984, the RCMP followed me on a flight from Caracas, Venezuela to Miami, International Airport where they tried to murder me in a public washroom. I was left for dead. My skull was cracked in 3 places. I suffered severe head trauma and severe head concussion. This was the Canadian Federal Police known as the RCMP Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
The Dirty Cops thought that they had murdered me when they attacked me from behind and they walked away like cowards.
I managed to getup with the assistant of a Security Guard and a few others. Now I lost all of my memory not knowing who I was and where I was and where I was going.
From December 24, 1984 to February 15, 1985 I walked endlessly all over the USA. The Doctors later referred to me as THE WALKING LIVING DEAD.
Then when I returned back to Canada, I was again attacked by the RCMP trying to murder me, interrogating me like crazy, trying to find out what I saw. My passport was illegally taken away and so was all my identifications. The RCMP tried to murder me again and smashed my head into a concrete wall causing another concussion and causing my head to bleed profusely. I tried from 1985 to 2001 to get a passport to leave Canada and I even paid for a Passport renewal each year from 1985 to 2001 but the criminals at the RCMP who run the PASSPORTS and PASSPORT OFFICE in Canada stole my money and refused to issue me a passport. I even tried to obtain a Passport recently from Canada and again they refused. I became a Political Prisoner of Canada with no way out.
This was not the first time or the second time that the RCMP tried to murder me. I received weekly beatings from the RCMP for many years. The attempted murders continued and the RCMP even took illegal orders from the former Prime Minister of Canada Jean Chrétien, former Prime Minister of Canada Kim Campbell, former Prime Minister of Canada Brian Mulroney and other City Mayors and Provincial Politicians.
When I met my wife Annette Martini and soon married her the RCMP started illegally attacking her and persecuting her.
The endless illegal persecution would not go away. Even if I or myself and my wife moved to different provinces in Canada the persecution would not go away because we did move from one Province to another and the RCMP continued the persecution and they always knew where I was.
With no passport I could not escape Canada.
In 2002, my wife Annette Martini and I had permission from the WHITE HOUSE, Former President George W. Bush, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney General John David Ashcroft, the U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT and the former INS -Immigration and Naturalization Services to legally enter the United States of America.
The United States of America was the only place we could escape to. However, the United States of America received direct orders from Canada to persecute us.
We could not go to Europe. Our final destination was FRANCE but we needed to be safe first.
I still suffered from severe head trauma from the Murder attempt that I received from Canada and I was still suffering from long term and short term memory loss at that time.
With no passports and no country that we can call home meant that we had no Passports. We then became blocked by the USA and we could not leave the United States no matter how hard we tried.
In September 2009, my wife and I contacted the France Consulate in Los Angeles, California. We needed assistance from FRANCE with respect to Emergency Travel Documents. The France Consulate asked us to write a short version of our story and persecution.
On Monday, October 26, 2009, we sent an Emergency Fax to the France Consulate in Los Angeles, California to the attention of Consul General of France David Martinon.
According to International Laws and the United Nations Laws and the Rules of Embassies and Consulates the FRANCE CONSULATE was suppose to send an Emergency Communication to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Paris, France.
The Protocol was NOT followed and the Employees or the FRANCE CONSULATE in Los Angeles, California took it upon themselves to violate International Laws.
This was a beginning of a long silence from PARIS and the President of France and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of France.
We continued writing to the FRANCE CONSULATE in Los Angeles, California. We never ever received any communications in writing or verbally from the France Consulate.
We continued writing to the FRANCE CONSULATE and even addressing Emergency Letters to the President of France and to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of France BUT again the Employees from The France Consulate continued to violate International Laws and did not forward our Emergency Letters to the appropriate Politicians and to the President of France.
We sent letters, faxes and Special Delivery Mail to the FRANCE CONSULATE in Los Angeles, California, United States on the following dates:

We even made a few phone calls and we still waited for the Country of France to assist us with Emergency Travel Documents but all we received from the Employees from the FRANCE CONSULATE was more silence.
We even communicated with the French Embassy in Washington, D.C., United States and we were told to deal with the France Consulate in Los Angeles, California, USA. We were back dealing with France Government Employees that took it upon themselves to violate International Laws and United Nations Laws.
On Thursday, October 28, 2010 we then sent an Emergency Fax to Ambassador Gerard Araud, Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations and again we received NO REPLY asking for Emergency Assistance in leaving North America and moving to the Country of FRANCE.
On Wednesday, November 3, 2010, we sent an Emergency Fax to the President of France, President Nicolas Sarkozy, again asking for Emergency Assistance and Emergency Travel Documents and again we received only silence.
On Sunday, November 21, 2010, we sent another Emergency Fax to the President of France, President Nicolas Sarkozy, again asking for Emergency Assistance and Emergency Travel Documents and again we received only silence.
Since I, was STATELESS since 1985, I had no passport or travel documents to leave Canada or the United States and now I am a Political Prisoner of North America.
My Wife Annette Martini became STATELESS without a Country in 1998 when we met and soon got married.
When a country illegally strips a person out of their Citizenship and they have no other citizenship then they become STATELESS with no Country.
We had a letter from the United States Government indicating that we could not leave the United States Without Permission from the United States.
I was receiving thousands of Death Threats from my enemies in Canada which is the RCMP indicating that they were going to murder my wife and I.
I even was getting lots of Death Threats from Government Employees in the United States that were illegally participating with the Terrorist known as the RCMP.
We were trying so hard to leave the United States but we were BLOCKED from leaving. The United States Government and the U.S. State Department did not respond to our request for Emergency Travel Documents.
According to the International Laws and the United Nations Laws and the Laws pertaining to Political Refugees the HOST COUNTRY which was the United States at that time was suppose to protect us and make sure that we did NOT become a Political Prisoner and were suppose to give us immediate Travel Documents or Passports and that never happened.
I really thought that President Nicolas Sarkozy at that time in 2010 would have compassion and immediately assist us but that never ever happened.
We immediately wrote to every Senator in FRANCE asking for immediate Emergency Assistance and we were told to write to the National Assembly of France or to the Assemblée nationale. We sent an email to every Deputy from the National Assembly of France (Assemblée nationale) and hoped that this would be our final plea for Emergency Assistance and Emergency Travel Documents to immediately go to FRANCE.
Finally on Thursday, December 9, 2010 we finally received an email from Deputy Maxime Gremetz, Member of the National Assembly for the Somme district in France indicating that he had approached and spoken with Ms. Michèle Alliot-Marie, Minister of Foreign Affairs in France.
We thought any day now we would be out of North America forever. United States was too close to my enemies who wanted to murder me and Canada still wants me dead at all cost and so did the Terrorist Organization known as the RCMP who have been hunting me down to murder me.
In 2004, the RCMP executed a man with the same name as mine in Canada thinking it was me. The guy was at the coffee shop in Canada and answered his cell phone with the same name as mine. The second he came out the RCMP shot him many times and murdered him. So United States was not safe as long as the United States Government did not protect my wife and I.
Shortly afterwards, we received an email from Deputy Maxime Gremetz, Member of the National Assembly for the Somme district in France with an attachment of a Legal Document from Ms. Michèle Alliot-Marie, Minister of Foreign Affairs in France. Ms. Michèle Alliot-Marie, Minister of Foreign Affairs in France indicated in her Legal Document that she asked her services or her staff to examine our case. Soon afterwards, Ms. Michèle Alliot-Marie, Minister of Foreign Affairs in France was forced to resign her position as the Minister of Foreign Affairs in France over an unrelated situation and totally did nothing to assist us with our Emergency Situation or assist us with Emergency Travel Documents.
Soon around April 2011, Deputy Maxime Gremetz, Member of the National Assembly for the Somme district in France was forced to resign his position over an unrelated situation.
We then started communicating with the New Minister of Foreign Affairs of FRANCE which was Alain Juppé who totally fell asleep on our case and our Emergency Situation.
We continued writing to all Deputies of France and again pleaded with them for Emergency Assistance and again they remained silent.
We waited for another election in France since we were not getting anywhere with the Government and leadership under President Nicolas Sarkozy.
Then around June 2012 we sent another Emergency Fax addressed to the New President of France, President François Hollande and again asked for Emergency Assistance and Emergency Travel Documents and of course, we received no answer.
On July 1, 2012, we sent an overnight Express to the new Minister of Foreign Affairs Laurent Fabius including all communications to the FRANCE CONSULATE in Los Angeles and with respect to our Emergency Situation. Again we declared EMERGENCY SANCTUARY, EMERGENCY REFUGE, and EMERGENCY PROTECTION.
I was receiving more threats indicating that they were going to rape my wife and rape myself and use us as their new sexual plaything and torture me and kill us.
These threats were from Canada, the RCMP and from a few Government Employees in the United States. I know that these threats were real and I was taking them very seriously.
I know it would be just a matter of time before my enemies catch us and kidnap us and torture me. I used to be the best private investigator in the world and I know that these threats were getting more and more dangerous and were from the same 5 people. I knew that most of the threats were from the RCMP.
In August 2012, my wife Annette Martini and I took a bus to Los Angeles. It was about a 4 hour one way trip. All of the Deputies from the National Assembly of France (Assemblée nationale) and even the Minister of Foreign Affairs Laurent Fabius all knew that we were going to the FRANCE CONSULATE in Los Angeles,California.
My wife Annette Martini and I, arrived at the FRANCE CONSULATE in Los Angeles in August 2012 in the morning before the FRANCE CONSULATE even opened, with our one carry on bag, ready to leave North America.
We brought a Legal Document from the previous Minister of Foreign Affairs Ms. Michèle Alliot-Marie. We brought all the Death Threats that we received and other Documents. However, we were greeted by total ignorant and rude and hostile employees from the FRANCE CONSULATE.
We again declared EMERGENCY SANCTUARY, EMERGENCY REFUGE, and EMERGENCY PROTECTION which was within our Legal Rights under United Nations Laws and International Laws. When a person or persons or a family declares EMERGENCY SANCTUARY, EMERGENCY REFUGE, and EMERGENCY PROTECTION then the Protocol for the Embassy or the Consulate and the rules and laws under International Laws and United Nations Laws and the Embassy Regulations and Protocols was to bring the person or persons or family immediately in and lock all doors and immediately contact the Minister of Foreign Affairs of that Country of the Consulate or Embassy and to immediately protect the person or persons or family from any persecution or death.
THIS NEVER HAPPENED. Instead the Staff from the FRANCE CONSULATE in Los Angeles, California took it upon themselves to obstruct justice and violate International Laws and further endangered our lives.
We were asked to leave the FRANCE CONSULATE by a rude female employee. So we left. We went back on a bus taking another 4 hour drive back to a shaggy motel.
We sent an immediate communication with a complaint to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Laurent Fabius and we filed an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT.
Did the incompetent staff from the FRANCE CONSULATE get immediately fired? NO, they did not.
I warned everyone from France that we were both going to be kidnapped and even supplied the emails. No one listened, Not the President of France, not the Politicians, not the FRENCH EMBASSY or the FRANCE CONSULATE.
On Wednesday, October 24, 2012, my wife Annette Martini and I were kidnapped. I was taken to the desert where I was physically tortured for 11 full months. My wife was placed in a City Jail in Santa Ana, California. There were no charges laid. Canada ordered the United States to kidnap us. It was Former Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper, the Foreign Minister of Foreign Affairs John Baird and the RCMP who ordered the United States to torture me and murder me.
While I was being physically tortured my wife sent registered letters to the FRANCE CONSULATE in Los Angeles, California and the FRENCH EMBASSY in Washington, DC begging them to assist us and stop the United States from Torturing me. My wife even sent a registered letter to Laurent Fabius again pleading with the Minister of Foreign Affairs to immediately assist us with Travel Documents. It would have taken one letter of FRANCE CLAIMING US and issuing us each a Travel Document to end the torture.
FRANCE could have even condemned Canada and the United States BUT FRANCE REMAINED SILENT!
On February 28, 2013, I, Anthony Martini had my fifth heart attack because of all the Physical Torture I received while I was kidnapped. I Knew that Canada was directly involved because CANADA chose that date for the Americans and the kidnappers to murder me because the RCMP tried to murder me on February 28, 1995 and broke every bone in my body. I was left for dead. I suffered broken bones all over my body, severe head trauma and severe concussion and I was in a coma and on life support. I had to learn how to walk again. Canada even unplugged my life support machine and even placed a toe tag on my toe indicating I was dead.
In 1995 I just announced that I was going to create a New Political Party in Canada and 2 weeks later Prime Minister of Canada Jean Chrétien ordered the RCMP to murder me. A Political Assassination. This would not be the first time that the RCMP tried to commit a Political Assassination on my life or try to murder me.
My wife continued sending Registered Letters to the FRANCE CONSULATE in Los Angeles, California and to the Embassy of France in Washington, DC and again all my wife received was only SILENCE.
On September 18, 2013, we were illegally forced back to Canada against our will. CANADA, Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper at that time, Minister of Foreign Affairs John Baird and the RCMP a terrorist organization, committed and were all involved in an International Kidnapping.
Within days we immediately contacted the France Embassy in Ottawa, Canada and they asked us to send them an email of which we did from the local library. Again we received no reply but only SILENCE.
We tried to get passports from Canada but then we found out the real truth and that we are not Canadians. We tried to get emergency Travel Documents even from Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau and again nothing. The Province of Ontario refused to issue us Drivers License, Photo ID and Free Medical and any other Federal ID.
Canada refused to give us Passports and Travel Documents. Canada refused for us to work, pay taxes or collect taxes.
We continued communicating with the National Assembly of France (Assemblée nationale) and again nothing was done. We waited and waited until the new Election of France and finally we wrote to President of France, President Emmanuel Macron and the new Deputies and we even wrote to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Jean-Yves Le Drian and again NO RESPONSE and ONLY SILENCE.
It's amazing that FRANCE opens the doors to the INVADERS that invade their Country from Africa and the Middle East and to people that will destroy the France Social System but to us who are TWO POLITICAL REFUGEES THAT HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH FRANCE THE DIPLOMATIC WAY AND THAT WERE AND ARE STILL PERSECUTED, FRANCE STILL REMAINS SILENT.
Well, enough of the Silence. It is time that FRANCE apologizes to myself and my wife and it is time that FRANCE issues us Emergency Travel Documents to leave CANADA forever.
