The Province of Ontario, Canada has been on warning of a Legal Notice. The Last straw is when I had to deal with a lunatic Government Employee at the Ombudsman of Ontario. You can say that proved me to give the Province of Ontario a Legal Notice of the World’s Largest Lawsuit. 

The other illegal and criminal act was from the Province of Ontario Review for OHIP – Ontario Health Insurance Plan which is FREE MEDICAL for Residence of Ontario, Canada run and controlled by Corrupt Provincial Government Employees. The other Last Straw was the illegal Rejection letter from a Corrupt Government Employee by the name of Kathryn Bush Fleming (Kathryn Fleming) who went beyond the law to illegally deny my wife Annette Martini and myself FREE MEDICAL. 18 Times and 7 years of denial that was it! Kathryn Fleming must be immediately fired and all those Government Employees from the Province of Ontario, Canada that were and still are involved in Gross Human Rights Abuse, and Gross Human Rights Violations. I warned my enemies in the Province of Ontario do NOT take that DARK ROAD of Human Rights Abuse and Human Rights Violations and these insane corrupt Government Employees decided to side with DARKNESS and showing their TRUE COLORS. 

Now I, give the Province of Ontario ONE LAST CHANCE to undue all the Human Rights Violations and all the Human Rights Abuse against myself and my wife Annette Martini that was illegally done by Corrupt Government Employees who are all Terrorists that are employed by the Province of Ontario and by the Province of Ontario. I think for over 7 years I was extremely patient as these criminal government employees enjoyed persecuting my wife and I.

In the event that any Government Employee or the Province of Ontario escalate their illegal and criminal acts against us in any way shape or form then the World’s Largest Lawsuit will increase by 1,000 times and will be filed immediately.

Great news, the Lawsuit will not be filed in the Province of Ontario or in Canada. There will be NO MOTION to dismiss by FREEMASON Attorneys. I know the game and now it is my Legal War.

After a very lengthy Criminal Investigation. I have determined that the Province of Ontario was directly involved with Canada in the International Kidnapping, Torture, Physical Torture, Attempted Murder and Persecution of myself and my wife.

There were over 200 criminals that were directly involved in our International Kidnapping of myself and my beautiful wife from California, United States of America. 

We did NOT walk into Canada or the Province of Ontario BUT we were illegally dragged back to Canada at GUNPOINT and tied up in chains. The Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC, United States of America and the Canadian Consulate in Los Angeles, California, United States of America were also illegally involved in our International Kidnapping. 

We have filed an Official Legal Criminal Complaint regarding the International Kidnapping, Torture, Physical Torture, Attempted Murders, Persecutions and threats of RAPE.

Now we demand a written Apology from the Premier of Ontario Doug Ford for the Province of Ontario Canada being directly involved in our international kidnapping, persecution, torture, human rights abuse and human rights violations against us. 

Premier of Ontario Doug Ford is NOT, and I repeat is NOT involved in any way shape or form but other Politicians and Government Employees were and are. I will not mention any names here All involved will be mentioned in Courts outside of Canada when they are arrested and charged as WAR CRIMINALS.

I am adding the LEGAL NOTICE that was served to the Province of Ontario. This Legal Notice below was also sent to every MPP – Member of Provincial Parliament in the Province of Ontario, Canada. I have removed our address, email, phone number and signature for security reasons only.

Also, if the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Christine Elliott had Done her JOB then the Province would not be getting a Legal Notice. I demand the immediate resignation of Christine Elliott and the immediate firing of her entire staff that ever touched my file and my wife file which was and still is an EXTREME EMERGENCY. 

We are now at the door step of the United Nations and I am ready to open the GATES OF HELL against the Province of Ontario and Canada. There will be JUSTICE SERVED and all involved in the International Kidnapping, persecution, torture, human rights abuse and violating human rights laws will be brought to face their war crimes against myself and my wife.

Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau must immediately resign for being involved in Human Rights Abuse, Persecution and more.

While the Criminal Investigation is NOT finished I have identified 2 More Criminals that are Government Employees that are in Violations of United Nations Laws, Human Rights Laws, Human Rights Abusers and the 2 More names that I demand that the Province of Ontario and Premiere of Ontario immediately fire are:

Meagan Sloan and Charlene Muckosky.

While the Criminal Investigation is still in progress, If there are more Corrupt Government Employees that were or are directly involved in Persecution, Torture, Abuse of Power, Human Rights Abuse, Human Rights Violations then their names will be identified. While all of these three female Government employees all conspired together, my investigation is now being focused on the entire OHIP review Department. I did identify Meagan Sloan and Charlene Muckosky through a forensic investigation. These two Corrupt Criminal Government Employees refused to identify themselves when I demanded them to identify themselves. All Government Employees that were and are involved in Persecution, International Kidnapping, Torture, Human Rights Abuse, Human Rights Violations will be arrested and charged as War Criminals and they will be brought to Justice in Courts outside of the Province of Ontario and outside of Canada.

After further investigating the Government Agency at OHIP – Review, I realized that there are no MALE employees which proves that the Province of Ontario are in violation of Discriminiation against MALE. I am also focusing my investigation on a Terrorist Organization known as THE WOMEN’S MOVEMENT who love torturing men by infiltrating in the Federal and Provincial Government.

For over 7 years OHIP – Ontario Health Insurance Plan which is FREE Medical in the Province of Ontario, Canada has illegally denied my wife Annette Martini and I, Anthony Martini any FREE Medical which is a GROSS Violation of United Nations Laws, International Laws, Canadian Laws and Human Rights Laws. That is 2,652 days of NO Medical in the Province of Ontario as of this date of Tuesday, December 22, 2020.

My wife Annette Martini and I, Anthony Martini were Illegally denied to see Doctors and go to the Hospital for FREE. We are denied the Legal Rights to be treated for our severe injuries from the torture we received through an International Kidnapping that was organized and arranged by Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper at that time and by the Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs John Baird at that time.

Of course, the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC, United Sates of America and the Canadian Consulate in Los Angeles, California were also directly involved in the International Kidnapping and our torture of my wife Annette Martini and myself, Anthony Martini.

We contacted the useless Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Christine Elliott many times regarding our Extreme Emergency and all we got was total silence from Christine Elliott and we end up dealing with her beyond useless and Human Rights Abuser staff. Before the useless Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Christine Elliott we dealt with another useless Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Dr. Eric Hoskins who was well rewarded for persecuting us and illegally denying us FREE MEDICAL which is OHIP for the Province of Ontario.

Can you imagine for OVER 7 Years we are illegally denied FREE MEDICAL in Canada and in the province of Ontario by corrupt Ministers of Health Christine Elliott, Dr. Eric Hoskins and Deborah Drake Matthews all of whom are and were Gross Human Rights Abusers.

The final straw was when I contacted the useless Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Christine Elliott on Monday, November 23, 2020 and instead of Christine Elliott returning my call and apologizing to myself and my wife Annette Martini, the USELESS Politician Christine Elliott got her other crazy staff to call me. On Thursday,  November 26, 2020 I received a call from an insane Government Employee by the name of LUKE who was beyond useless. LUKE who was beyond rude and very hostile refused to give me his full name and he just passed the buck and told me to again contact OHIP and send them an email.

In Canada when you want to talk to any Government Agencies both Federal and Provinical you have to PRESS 1 FOR INDIA and I am not joking at all. Canada is now over flooded with illegals from INDIA. I have no idea how they got a hold of Government Jobs but what I will only say is that Canada and the Province of Ontario are very racist against Canadians by  giving highpaying jobs to illegals from India who cannot hardly speak English.

I sent an email to OHIP and again I am being treated like trash. NO RESPECT for Human Life. The Human Rights violations escalated by more Corrupt Government Employees violating United Nations Laws, International Laws and Canadian Charter Rights.

Once again, our Legal Rights to FREE MEDICAL – OHIP – was illegally denied by another corrupt Government Employee by the name of Kathryn Fleming.

We demanded  from the Corrupt Government Employees at OHIP to hand over our Extreme Emergency to the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Christine Elliott. It was very simple. INSTEAD of our Emergency and our File being immediately handed over to the Ontario Ministry of Health to make an Emergency Decision and give us FREE Medical we ended up receiving an ILLEGAL and CRIMINAL Rejection from a corrupt Government Employee by the name of Kathryn Fleming.

This Corrupt Government Employee who is a Gross Human Rights Abuser illegally decided to break and violate all International Laws and United Nations Laws and Canadian Laws and was so vicious and gave us an ILLEGAL REJECTION LETTER.

I will post that Illegal Letter on a Government Letter Head very soon. This Letter was given to the United Nations.

I demand that this corrupt Government Employee Kathryn Bush Fleming (Kathryn Fleming) immediately without any delay have her job immediately terminated and banned forever from ever working for the Province of Ontario or any Government in Canada. I have no idea why the Province of Ontario hired Kathryn Fleming and gave her a salary of $120,573.00. I am sure that this corrupt Government Employee who is a Gross Human Rights Abuser received an increase of pay to persecute my wife and I.

We went to Service Ontario in St. Catharines, Ontario and we communicated with OHIP 18 times and each time we were illegally denied FREE MEDICAL.

After a very lengthy Criminal Investigation I have finally concluded that the Province of Ontario was directly involved in an International Kidnapping with Canada.

As one of the Best Private Investigators in the world I found it beyond strange that the Province of Ontario kept on illegally denying us FREE MEDICAL – OHIP.

SERVICE ONTARIO also controls not just OHIP – FREE MEDICAL in the Province of Ontario but they also control Ontario Drivers Licenses and Photo Identifications all of which we were illegally denied for 18 times and over 7 years.

I see hundreds of foreigners driving cars each day and they are not Canadians. I have seen thousands of people from INDIA all have FREE MEDICAL in the Province of Ontario BUT yet, my beautiful wife Annette Martini and I, Anthony Martini are illegally denied to have FREE MEDICAL by illegals from India who totally infiltrated the Governments both Federal and Provincial in Canada.

Instead of Kathryn Bush Fleming (Kathryn Fleming) ending the Gross Human Rights Abuse she decided to PLAY GOD with our lives. I doubt very much if Kathryn Fleming believes in GOD. However, I cautioned OHIP and the Corrupt Government Employees at OHIP NOT to take that dark road in joining the persecution BUT Kathryn Fleming really enjoys her job in persecuting people.

I demand that the United Nations charge Kathryn Bush Fleming (Kathryn Fleming) as a Human Rights Abuser and all Corrupt Government Employees in the Province of Ontario and Canada that were involved with kidnapping my wife Annette Martini and myself, Anthony Martini and torture and persecution.

I demand that the Province of Ontario immediately without any delay terminate the high paying job of this Human Rights Abuser Kathryn Bush Fleming (Kathryn Fleming). Furthermore, Kathryn Bush Fleming (Kathryn Fleming) should also be denied to practice as a nurse and she should be denied to ever be employed by any Governments or Government Agencies and she should be banned forever from working in any medical office or medical field anywhere on this planet.

How in the hell did Kathryn Bush Fleming (Kathryn Fleming) ever get a job working for the Province of Ontario when she is a Gross Human Rights Abuser? She is not even qualified to do anything useful.

The Province of Ontario must immediately terminate Kathryn Bush Fleming (Kathryn Fleming) now and ban her for life from every working for any Government in Canada.

If I was a Prime Minister of Canada tomorrow then I would go one step further and strip her out of her Canadian Citienship and hand all of my enemies to the International Criminal Courts to be charged as War Criminals including Kathryn Fleming and all involved in persecuting us from OHIP.

I demand that the Premiere of Ontario Doug Ford immediately terminate the employment of Kathryn Bush Fleming (Kathryn Fleming) and all corrupt Government Employees that were involved in denying us Basic Citizenship Rights, Drivers Licenses and Photo Identifications.

I also demand that the Premiere of Ontario Doug Ford immediately terminate all Government Employees from Service Ontario in St. Catharines, Ontario that were employed from September 20, 2013 to the current date that violated all International Laws, United Nations Laws and discrimiated against my wife and I, Anthony Martini and that were directly involved in our Persecution.

I will be delivering all names of all Corrupt Government Employees and Politicians in Canada and the Province of Ontario that were involved in the International Kidnapping and persecuting and torture of my wife Annette Martini and I, Anthony Martini.

There will be severe accountability in the name of Justice by these Gorrupt Government Employees being immediately fired and removed from their employment with the Government. This Human Rights Abuser will get a FREE vaccine for covid 19 BUT this Criminal illegally denied us to get a vaccine for covid 19 when it comes available. This Criminal alos denied me to see a heart specialist and to get a wheelchair and I NEVER Forget my enemies and nor will GOD!

I did not remove any contents of this illegal letter and nor did I hide any contents. First of all when you look at this illegal letter and to prove that this is human Rights Abuse. When you file anything with any Government worldwide there is a FILE NUMBER. In this case there is no file number. Second of all any communications from any Government has to have two separate letters. It is illegal to place two names on a letter especially if it is a rejection letter. In plain English there is suppose to be a separate file number for myself and another separate file number for my wife and that did not happen. In the PDF letter in the saved file it had FINAL. For over 7 years my wife Annette Martini and myself Anthony Martini have been fighting an endless war with the Province of Ontario to receive FREE MEDICAL.

Over Seven Years Later and Eighteen Times later we finally received another Illegal Rejection from Corrupt Ontario Government Employees who are all Gross Human Rights Abusers. BUT this time it is on a Government Letter Head and that is what I needed to proceed to the United Nations and International Criminal Courts and to Courts outside of the Province of Ontario and Canada.

Tonight, Monday, December 14, 2020 I finally received an Email, a Letter of Denial from the Province of Ontario, Canada ILLEGALLY DENYING my wife and I free Medical over 7 years later from another Corrupt Ontario Government Employee.

My wife Annette Martini was also illegally denied FREE MEDICAL in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

I will be posting that illegal inhuman letter up in the next few days.

Illegals from INDIA all receive FREE MEDICAL in the Province of Ontario and every Province in Canada. Hell, even Foreign Students receive FREE OHIP for free Medical in the Province of Ontario and free Medical in other Provinces.

Illegals from the Middle East and from Africa all receive FREE OHIP and FREE MEDICAL in the Province of Ontario and FREE Medical all across Canada.

BUT my wife Annette Martini and I, Anthony Martini have been illegally denied FREE MEDICAL and FREE OHIP in the Province of Ontario 18 TIMES. Seven Years Later I, Anthony Martini, a disabled man, have been illegally denied X-rays, Hospital Care and illegally denied the Legal Rights to see Doctors.

My wife Annette Martini is also illegally denied the Legal Rights to see Doctors.

We both have been denied the Legal Rights to get Tested for COVID and now the Vaccine has arrived Thank God to President Donald Trump we will also be illegally denied the Legal Rights to get a vaccine.

The province of Ontario even illegally denied me a wheelchair and a scooter while illegals from India flood Canada and the Province of Ontario and they all get the royal carpet treatment.

There are a lot of Canadians out of work in the Province of Ontario and Canada BUT yet the Province of Ontario and the Federal Government hires tons of  people from INDIA.

For the past 7 Years I only dealt with Foreigners from India working at every Government Agencies including Canadian Immigration, the Ontario Government  and the Ontario Minister of Health and MY wife Annette and I are been illegally denied the rights to work, illegally denied our Canadian Citizenship, illegally denied the rights for FREE Medical by darn foreigners that are all employeed by the Federal and Provincal Governments and all Agencies.

Now do NOT get me wrong but I am NOT racist BUT they are. When I contact any Canadian Government Agency or Province of Ontario Agency I have to PRESS 1 For INDIA and I am not joking at all. That is the real Canada and the Real Ontario which is PRESS 1 For INDIA. Sorry I do not understand their extreme heavy accent and NOR can I ever understand their names. When I ask them if I can speak to someone else because I do not understand what they are saying then they would call me racist and then slam the phone in my ear.

Years ago in Canada you have to be a Canadian Citizen ONLY to work for the Federal or Provincial Government. You also have to speak English and French. Now forget it. Now in Canada and the Province of Ontario you have to press 1 for INDIA.

This story is not about INDIA or people from India but the Government and all of its agencies have been infiltrated by INDIA and I will talk about that in another article.

The POINT is, there are foreigners working for the Federal and Provinical Governments that are illegally denying us the rights to work, or pay taxes or collect taxes or even to get free medical.

DENIED 18 Times for FREE Medical and enough is enough.

There will be Lawsuits. There will be arrests for Human Rights Abuse.

Annette and I never asked to come to this stinky Country of Canada or this stinky Province of Ontario. We were both illegally forced back to Canada and the Province of Ontario in chains and at gunpoint in an International Kidnapping that Canada did.

Why would the Province of Ontario illegally deny us the legal rights to go to the Hospital for FREE for over 7 Years?

Why would the Province of Ontario illegally deny me Emergency Care for over 7 years for my injuries when I was Physically Tortured?

The reason is because the Province of Ontario was directly involved with Canada to commit a United Nations Violations and International Violations by being directly involved in our International Kidnapping. Maybe Ontario oredered our kidnappers to murder us. The Proof is all on the way. There will be severe accountability of Corrupt Government Employees.
